Consumer Confidence Report
Below is your new 2021 Consumer Confidence Report with Maximum Residual Disinfectant (Free Chlorine) levels and averages for 2021. It also has a lot of helpful information about where your water comes from, and what’s in it. If you would like us to mail you a paper copy, please call the office and we will get one out to you.
Note: Payment Change – 04/06/2016
When paying your bill online with a credit card, a $2.95 convenience fee per payment will automatically be added to your bill for bills under $80.00. For bills over $80.00 the fee is 3.95%.
Clicking on the Pay Now button to the left will take you to a page where you can pay with any major credit card including VISA, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.
For accounts disconnected for non-payment a $30.00 Cut-off / Re-connect fee has been added to the total.

We are onsite on Springridge Texas line (close to Ridge Rd) repairing a water main. Outage to be expected as they repair this leak. Will be out a few hours. Will update as more information is known.

Waterworks District 7 has issued a boil advisory for Springridge Texas Line Rd from Ridge Rd to Hwy 169, and Hwy 169 from Springridge Texas Line Rd to Elaine Drive.

Water has been restored to those who have been without! Boil advisory will stay in effect, we will pull samples Monday, and update when lifted. We will flush through the weekend to get everything cleared up.
